It’s My Park Day Nov 4th

When: Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 9:00am to 12:00pm (CT)

What: We will spend the morning cleaning trash from Tannehill Branch Creek.

Why: In addition to a cleaner creek, less trash reduces upstream flooding! We do separate any recyclables from the run of the mill and not so run of the mill trash.

Where: The event will be In Bartholomew Park at the corner of Berkman Drive and Greenbrook Parkway.

How: Please wear close-toed shoes or boots and long-sleeved shirts.  Bring a water bottle. refills are available from the big orange plastic jug. At the end of the morning, join your neighbors, new friends to go to a Pomerleau Park (1906 Patton Lane) potluck to celebrate the opening of Pomerleau Park and WPNA’s first Pomerleau pick-up. Bike to Pomerleau along Greenbrook and Westminster and Linda Lane to highlight the need for expanded mobility in our neighborhood.
