What: Please join us for the 11th meeting of CapEx VOICE (Volunteer Opportunity in Community Engagement) to help shape the future of the I-35 Capital Express Central project.
This in-person meeting will provide information about planned improvements at Airport Boulevard, including the redesign of the intersection at I-35, changes in access and design of the proposed deck cap between Airport Boulevard and 38th Street. TxDOT will be joined by the City of Austin cap/stitch project team to answer questions and collect your input as construction for the I-35 Capital Express Central project moves forward.

Why CapEx VOICE?
Community involvement is essential to this project’s success. CapEx VOICE will build upon outreach that has already been conducted, allowing the public a more in-depth role in the process. Participation is open to all.
